Chose a gorgeous box hat arrangement for friends 50th. Wanted something special as she’s having a tough time. She sent me a pic saying thanks and I was shocked. Absolutely nothing like the pic online. No hot box/hardly any flowers/no shrubbery/colours completely different too. (I appreciate some flowers may be out of season but I think pink roses r pretty much in season all year no?) I took a side by side pic, I asked a friend... all agreed what was delivered was awful! I emailed the florist and have heard nothing back. The arrangement was £50 so not cheap. Thought going locally vs inter flora would be better but sorely disappointed here. Not recommended!
